Incredibly warm welcome! It was very comfortable and calm, the hostess was amazing! She told and showed everything, the house is clean and cozy, everything you need for living! The house itself is authentic, with its own history, some of the layouts are unusual, but this makes it even more interesting! Everything is in a Georgian pleasant and warm spirit, thank you very much again!

Svetlana was incredible! She gave me a full tour of the place and even brought me delicious local cakes . The hospitality was top-notch, truly 100%. Nothing was too much trouble, and it felt like being part of a family. I highly recommend staying here!

We vacationed in Tbilisi June 16-20, 2025. Apartment in the heart of old Tbilisi. All attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is very cozy, as if you were visiting your closest friends. I would also like to say about Svetlana, the owner of the apartment. Svetlana is a very sincere and hospitable woman. She greeted us with freshly baked bagels. I've never eaten bagels like these. Then she brought us delicious khachapuri of her own production. If we come to Tbilisi again, then only to Svetlana. .
